はじめに
空飛ぶ研究室（Flying Dev Lab、以下「当開発者」）は、提供するiOSアプリケーション（以下「本アプリ」）において、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。
本ポリシーは、当開発者が運営するすべてのアプリに適用されます。アプリの種別（こども向け／一般向け）によって、収集する情報の範囲が異なります。各セクションに明記しています。
こども向けアプリの方針
当開発者のこども向けアプリは、以下の方針に基づいて設計・運営されています。
- 広告を一切掲載しない
- アプリ内課金なし
- 外部へのデータ送信なし
- スコア・設定は端末内のみに保存
- 外部リンクなし
- 13歳未満のこどもから個人情報を収集しない
これらの方針は、アメリカの子ども向けオンラインプライバシー保護法（COPPA）の理念と一致しており、当開発者はその精神を自主的に支持・実践しています。
収集する情報
こども向けアプリ：個人情報・端末情報・広告識別子を一切収集しません。スコアや設定データは端末内のみに保存されます。
一般向けアプリ：以下の情報を収集する場合があります。
- プレイデータ（スコア・ゲーム進行状況など）
- 端末情報（OSバージョン、機種など）
- アプリ内課金に関する情報
氏名・住所・メールアドレスなどの個人を特定できる情報は、いかなるアプリにおいても収集しておりません。
情報の利用目的
- アプリの品質向上・不具合の修正
- ユーザー体験の改善
- 利用状況の統計分析
第三者への情報提供
当開発者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の情報を第三者に提供・販売することはありません。
データの保持期間
収集したデータは、利用目的に必要な期間のみ保持します。アプリを削除した場合、端末上のデータは削除されます。
サードパーティサービスが収集したデータの保持期間については、各サービスのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
セキュリティ
当開発者は、収集した情報を適切な方法で管理し、不正アクセス・紛失・改ざんを防止するための合理的な措置を講じます。
準拠法・管轄
本ポリシーは日本法に準拠します。本ポリシーに関する紛争については、当開発者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
免責事項
本アプリは、可能な限り正確な情報および安定した動作を提供するよう努めていますが、その完全性・正確性・安全性を保証するものではありません。
iOSのアップデートや端末環境の変化により、予告なくアプリの動作に影響が生じる場合があります。これに起因するデータの消失についても、当開発者は責任を負いかねます。
当開発者は、事前の予告なくアプリの提供を終了・変更する場合があります。
未成年者によるアプリの利用および課金については、保護者の管理・責任のもとで行われるものとします。
本アプリから外部サイトへリンクする場合がありますが、リンク先のコンテンツおよびプライバシー対応については当開発者の責任の範囲外です。
外部サービス（分析ツール等）の利用に起因する問題についても、各サービス提供者の責任となります。
プライバシーポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定することがあります。変更後のポリシーは本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリまたはウェブサイト上でお知らせします。
Introduction
Flying Dev Lab ("Developer") respects the privacy of users of its iOS applications ("App") and is committed to protecting personal information.
This policy applies to all apps operated by the Developer. The scope of information collected varies depending on the app type (children's app / general app), as described in each section below.
Our Policy on Children's Apps
Children's apps developed by Flying Dev Lab are designed and operated based on the following principles:
- No advertisements
- No in-app purchases
- No data sent to external servers
- Scores and settings stored on-device only
- No external links
- No collection of personal information from children under 13
These practices align with the principles of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and the Developer voluntarily supports and upholds its spirit.
Information We Collect
Children's apps: We do not collect any personal information, device information, or advertising identifiers. Scores and settings are stored on-device only.
General apps: The following information may be collected:
- Play data (scores, game progress, etc.)
- Device information (OS version, device model, etc.)
- In-app purchase information
We do not collect personally identifiable information such as name, address, or email address in any of our apps.
How We Use Information
- To improve app quality and fix bugs
- To enhance user experience
- For statistical analysis of usage
Sharing of Information
We do not sell or share user information with third parties, except as required by law.
Data Retention
We retain collected data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. When you delete the app, data stored on your device is removed.

Security
We take reasonable measures to protect collected information from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the Developer's location.
Disclaimer
While we strive to provide accurate information and stable functionality, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or security of the App.
iOS updates or changes in device environment may affect app functionality without prior notice. The Developer shall not be liable for any data loss resulting from such changes.
The Developer may terminate or modify the App without prior notice.
Use of the App by minors, including any in-app purchases, is the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
The App may contain links to external websites. The Developer is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
Issues arising from third-party services (such as analytics providers) are the responsibility of those respective providers.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or website.
